At this Neiman, on the 4th level-men department, is a round countered bar in the back center of the department store. Yes this is great! While waiting for your man to do his shopping you can sit down at the bar and have a drink and some appetizer. Bar On 4 has the most delicious caviar. Heavy pours, great eye candy bartenders and yeah this bar is probably geared toward women.
This is really more of a bar in the middle of the shopping area, with bar seating only, that happens to serve food as well.
